The Multi Stage Fitness Test (MSFT) involves running shuttles between points 20m apart. Each shuttle must be completed before a beep. The time between the beeps decreases as the test goes on.

The press ups must be completed in 1 minute. The form for the press ups is hands places below the shoulder with back straight (for male and female). To complete 1 press up the body must be lowered until there is a 90 degree bend in the arm and then fully straightened. Examples are in the pictures below:

The sit ups must be completed in 1 minute. The form for the sit up is knees bent at 90 degrees with someone placing weight on your ankles with fingers remaining on temples throughout the sit up. Elbows must touch your knees on each sit up as shown in the pictures below.
